The Kasapreko Spirit Retail Audit – Wave 2 was a nationwide research initiative aimed at assessing the retail performance and market presence of Kasapreko spirit products. Conducted across all 16 regions of Ghana, the project involved 2,000 structured interviews with retailers at various Kasapreko outlets. The objective was to gather insights into product availability, pricing, stock levels, sales volume, and brand visibility. This data helped Kasapreko understand current market dynamics and identify areas of strength and improvement within its distribution network.

Interviewers were strategically deployed across urban and rural outlets to ensure balanced and representative data collection. The survey also captured feedback on retailer satisfaction and consumer preferences related to Kasapreko’s spirit products. Using a digital data collection approach, responses were recorded in real time, allowing for efficient data processing and analysis. The findings provided valuable input for sales strategy refinement, product positioning, and retail engagement planning.

Ultimately, the Wave 2 audit equipped Kasapreko with actionable insights to strengthen its retail performance and brand presence nationwide.

Skyfox Charity Water Pump project

The Charity Water Project aimed to improve the sustainability and functionality of rural water systems across Ghana. Between January and December 2020, the project oversaw the installation of 1,000 water sensors in communities nationwide, enabling real-time monitoring of water point performance. These sensors provided critical data on usage, maintenance needs, and potential breakdowns, allowing for timely interventions. To support the long-term sustainability of the infrastructure, the project trained local area mechanics, equipping them with the skills to maintain and repair water systems efficiently.

A key component of the project involved conducting baseline surveys to understand the existing conditions of water access and identify gaps in service delivery. This data informed project implementation strategies and allowed for measurable impact assessment. In addition, the project facilitated extensive stakeholder engagement at the community level, fostering trust, ownership, and local participation. These engagements ensured that community members were involved in decision-making processes and fully understood the importance of maintaining their water sources.

Overall, the Charity Water Project contributed significantly to improving access to clean and sustainable water in rural Ghanaian communities by combining innovative technology, local capacity building, and inclusive community engagement.
